ari2 xyah mkn nasi jer mkn lauk jer pun leh tp jgn sampai kenyang lak xgune ....(aku dah cube ) lg pun jgn sampai xmkn lak seksa bdan buat per kn...dapat mkn tp leh kurus ...huhuhu nasi ne yg buat kite gemuk / berisi so kurangkn mkn sayur n ikan jer...
